Meet the founder

Glenda Reynolds

Founder, Mentor, Blogger, Event Host, & Speaker

Glenda has a passion for the Lord and has coupled her passion into walking in her purpose “Encouraging and Empowering” women through the word of God. She is a servant, ministry leader, mentor, life coach and speaker.  She is the founder of Encouraging and Empowering Sisters, LLC.

Glenda has over 25 years of management experience in Human Resources and has held various executive roles in management in Fortune 500 companies.  Glenda has international experience in human resources and traveled Europe, Russia, Northern Africa, Canada, and Mexico.

​

She received her Bachelor ‘s degree, with honors, from Northwood University. I have a master’s degree from Amberton University.  In addition, she is Certified Life Coach from CCTA and is a member of the distinguished Leadership Texas Alumni and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

​

And servant leader, Christian mentor and coach. Glenda is a speaker for women’s conferences, a guest on podcasts, a blogger, and writer for YouVersion. Glenda has been active in the church since a young age and is currently the ministry leader at her local church where she also is a Sunday School teacher and a member of the Leadership Team. Glenda is married to a minister, and they reside in the DFW area. ​

FAMILY

Glenda has been married for 14 years to her sweetheart Ira Reynolds. She and her husband share their passion for the love of the Lord. They enjoy serving, music, eating out at their favorite restaurants, long drives together, and staycations.

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. [Genesis 1:1; Psalm 90:2]

I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord. [John 3:16; Romans 10:9] He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. [Matthew 1:18; Luke 1:26-35] He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. [Matthew 27:24-60] He descended to the dead. [1 Peter 3:19] On the third day He rose again. [1 Corinthians 15:3-4] He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. [Mark 16:19; Ephesians 1:20] He will come again to judge the living and the dead. [2 Timothy 4:1; Matthew 25:31-32]

I believe in the Holy Spirit [John 14:26], the communion of saints [Hebrews 12:1-2], the forgiveness of sins [1 John 1:9], the resurrection of the body [1 Corinthians 15:42-44], and life everlasting [John 3:16].
