Glenda is a passionate woman of faith whose life is centered on walking boldly in her God-given purpose: encouraging and empowering women through the Word of God. As a devoted servant leader, ministry mentor, life coach, and inspirational speaker, Glenda brings wisdom, warmth, and authenticity to every space she steps into.  She is the founder of Encouraging and Empowering Sisters, LLC, a ministry designed to uplift and support women on their spiritual journey, helping them grow in confidence, purpose, and identity in Christ.

Glenda’s heart for service and leadership shines through in every role she plays. She speaks at women’s conferences, shares her insights as a podcast guest, and contributes as a writer and blogger—including devotionals on YouVersion.

 

Rooted in church ministry from a young age, Glenda continues to serve faithfully as a Sunday School teacher, ministry leader, and member of the Leadership Team at her local church.  She and her husband, a dedicated minister, live in the vibrant DFW area, where together they continue to serve and pour into their community.
