We create a space where women of all ages can grow spiritually, cultivate authentic connections, and step boldly into their calling. Through the Word of God, prayer, mentorship, and community, we inspire women to rise above challenges, live with purpose, and shine the light of Christ in every area of life.

Glenda Reynolds
Founder, Mentor, Blogger, Event Host, & Speaker
Glenda has a passion for the Lord and has coupled her passion into walking in her purpose “Encouraging and Empowering” women through the word of God. She is a servant, ministry leader, mentor, life coach and speaker. She is the founder of Encouraging and Empowering Sisters, LLC.
And servant leader, Christian mentor and coach. Glenda is a speaker for women’s conferences, a guest on podcasts, a blogger, and writer for YouVersion. Glenda has been active in the church since a young age and is currently the ministry leader at her local church where she also is a Sunday School teacher and a member of the Leadership Team.
